If you’re looking for a supportive, skilled, and approachable counsellor to walk alongside you through a tough time in your life you’re in the right place.
You might be going through anxiety, low moods, burnout, a health scare, grief, or simply feeling lost, unmotivated, or stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you. Maybe you’re facing a relationship crisis, or you just know something in your life needs to shift. Whatever it is you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’m here to help.
Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for you in a safe, non-judgmental space. Our work will help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and make meaningful changes because improving the relationship you have with yourself is often the key to improving everything else around you.
If you’ve never had counselling before, don’t worry. It’s simply like having a thoughtful, caring conversation with someone who listens deeply, asks helpful questions, and gently supports you to find your own answers. There’s no pressure or expectation just space for you to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Once we’ve worked through the immediate challenges, we may move into more coaching-style sessions where we look at your goals, values, emotional wellbeing, and how to stay grounded and present in your everyday life.
How to Start
Most clients begin with 2–3 sessions spaced a couple of weeks apart. Depending on what you’re working through, you may need between 2 and 6 sessions or more if needed. There’s no long-term commitment, and you can book additional sessions whenever it feels right.
